Location and booking terms
Three villas in Mui Ne, within walking distance of one another. Here is how payment and cancellation work.
Payment and cancellation
- A 50% prepayment secures your place. The booking is not confirmed until it is paid.
- Two weeks before arrival the remaining balance is due, bringing the prepayment to 100%.
- Cancel more than two weeks before arrival: 50% of the prepayment is non-refundable.
- Cancel less than two weeks before arrival: the full prepayment is non-refundable.
- Deposit: one monthly accommodation payment, returned when you leave if there is no damage.
